Originally home to the landmark Bekins Moving & Storage Company, this iconic four-story reinforced concrete building has been carefully adapted into a vibrant creative workspace. Original architectural elements have been preserved wherever possible, celebrating the building's history while creating inspiring studios filled with natural light, soaring ceilings, and flexible workspaces.

Leases begin with one year and automatically continue on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise negotiated.

A security deposit is equal to one month of rent. Once the lease is complete, the security deposit is returned when the studio is vacated in good condition.
